With a strong background in law, technology and administration my experience as a 2nd Line Technician for a multinational Legal Tech company has equipped me with excellent computer literacy, written and verbal communication. I have a proven track record of working in fast paced environments, and am accustomed to handling multiple case loads simultaneously.
I am highly capable of managing tight deadlines and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently. I work well both within a team or independently, meaning I am self-motivated and able to problem solve, but also have excellent communication skills, with a strong drive to learn and take on new challenges. This is also evident in my “off the scale” customer service, where I have proven to always go above and beyond to ensure their requests are my top priority, continuously delivering them positive customer experiences.
