I deal with patient files, phone calls and help patients when they come into their specific departments, I also work with the consultants to help them make sure they have their patient files and medical records and that everything has been prepared for them before any treatments go ahead.

• serving member's and non member's drinks of their choice
• helping with events (which was most weeks)
• greeting guests on the door by signing in and taking money
• helping to advise guests where everything was
• advising on upcoming dates of events as well as telephone work
• keeping the social club to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

I completed work experience at Lakeside Little Ducklings Nursery for two weeks in Year Ten. I enjoyed working with and helping the children progress in their development and I gained first hand experience of how to best help them with their individual needs.
