I started as a sales assistant and was offered the supervisors position after 6 months a couple of years later I was offered the assistant managers position, The store had a staffing re-structure and we no longer operated with a manager I was then offered the position of sales manager which I did for a couple of years and after my maternity leave I returned as a part times supervisor. On a typical day I was responsible for up to 4 or more members of staff. In the past I have had to arrange emergency cover and deal with everyday situations such as store alarm going off and tills operations and power cuts.

Other responsibilities like customers orders arranging displays, house keeping on shop floor and staff areas. I have a high level of customer service. Am also competent in selling add on sales.
