Leanne Johnson-Payne

I am a 17-year-old hardworking and motivated individual with a strong passion for animals and animal care. I have gained extensive hands-on experience through equine work experience, including work placement at Litchfield Equestrian, where I have developed practical skills and a good understanding of working in a professional animal environment. I am disciplined, reliable and willing to adapt to different standards and working environments.

I am an open learner who is always keen to develop new skills and take on new challenges. My previous work experience has helped me build strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to think quickly under pressure and remain calm when faced with unexpected situations. I have ambitious plans for my future and hope to build a career working with animals.

One of my long-term goals is to rescue and care for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats and smaller mammals to provide them with a safe environment and better quality of life. I am eager to continue learning, gaining experience and developing the skills needed to achieve these ambitions.
