Sole nurse within the service, providing clinical leadership and guidance on the management of clients with complex substance misuse, mental health, and physical health comorbidities.

• Conduct comprehensive physical health, mental health, and substance misuse assessments.
• Deliver and monitor alcohol ambulatory detoxification programmes, providing clinical assessment, medication monitoring harm reduction advice.
• Deliver harm reduction interventions, BBV testing, venepuncture, vaccinations, ECGs, and physical health monitoring.
• Assess suitability for alcohol, opiate, and non-opiate in-patient detoxification and facilitate treatment planning.
• Develop recovery focused treatment plans through MDT working and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop recovery-focused care plans in partnership with service users, GPs, pharmacies, hospitals, and community services.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management, and accurate clinical documentation.

Lead Nurse for ketamine services, supported the successful implementation of Liverpool CGL's ketamine detoxification pathway. Delivered specialist substance misuse care via assessment, detox support, harm reduction, and multidisciplinary planning.
