I am a hard working reliable individual who can work on own initiative or as part of a team. I have 7 years warehouse experience and I am currently a supervisor in the retail business. I have worked in retail for 12 years and have been supervisor for 8 years.
Looking for a new challenge in life whilst leading a good family life too. I have a ILM level 3 supervisor manager qualification and a level 2 ILM warehousing qualification. I have a cherry picker license and hold other qualifications that will be a good advantage to any employer!
I worked in a busy warehouse for 7 years. Work included picking and packing orders, stock taking, using handheld scanners to scan items for intake and despatch of items. Loading vans a lorry's by hand. Working in a fast paced warehouse working to deadlines always ensuring accuracy.
In my current role I am the retail supervisor to the housekeeping team on site. I started as a cleaner and was promoted to supervisor after 4 years I have been here for 12 years in total work includes doing staff rotas, covering holidays and sickness, delegating tasks to teams of 10 staff. I am a hands on supervisor who doesn't mind getting stuck in and getting my hands dirty!
I look after COSHH files, risk assessments, method statement, ways of working safely and all necessary paperwork. I liaise with other departments and make the day to day running of if a busy shopping centre is as smooth as possible!
