I am an experienced shift leader, who is reliable and hardworking. I am able to work on my own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a productive team. I have a flexible approach to work and can work to tight deadlines. I also have two years experience of serving in the Territorial Army in which I have gained many life skills including team work, man management and working in a disciplined environment. I am keen to learn and take part in any new training to develop my existing skills.

Achievements include being proficient at mixing ingredients on 5 types of mixers, depositing a wide variety of batters and frostings on 6 types of depositors including injection of sauces and frosting, decorating and packing cakes. Stacking, racking and organising storage of said cakes whilst ensuring quality and hygiene at all times. Achieved training in chilled packing department, which involves organising staff and products to be packed.
Logging and checking all cakes and muffins that are being packed. Checking and printing labels, checking metal detectors and cp's are working correctly. In my role as Assistant Charge-hand, I need to assign staff to jobs depending on the tasks and skills needed on a daily basis to ensure the shift runs as smooth as possible, make sure all work comes in and goes out on time whilst ensuring checks for quality and the highest standards are adhered to at all times.
Worked my up to Shift Leader, my duties include all the above as well as being responsible for every aspect of the shift, staff, safety, products and procedures including reports and emails on a daily basis.

Duties included running, setting and carrying out maintenance on Ferag unwind stations, Mariani palletiser and Sitma pollybagging machines. I was also responsible for organising up to eight members of staff and training for specified jobs. I was used as covering Team Leader which included organising shift duties for whole department consisting of three unwind stations, three palletiser and six pollybagging machines with up to ninety staff.

Achievements included driving fit loading and unloading of vehicles and machinery. Maintaining, servicing and repairing Ferag, Mariani and Sitma machines. Logging all faults and filling in time sheets. Following a strict schedule of preventative maintenance on all machines and log any request for parts required. Working a shift pattern and carrying out all maintenance unsupervised on the night shift.
Gunner - HM Forces Army (T.A)
Duties included carrying out field training on a weekly basis in all types of environments. I also was involved in weapon handling training. First Aid, character development and physical fitness. We conducted many team activities and were exposed to a very disciplined regime.
