I am a very loyal conscientious person and am totally trustworthy. I work extremely well within a team and have done so for 24 years. I get on well with all of my colleagues whether they are in my department or others. I treat everyone with respect. I have had lots of experience in all these years of dealing with the public. Admin assistant at NHS (2002-12 – Present)

General admin duties for a very busy children's Audiology department.

• Answer phones from patients and other professionals
• Triage and add referrals to our systems
• Book and cancel appointments
• Send appointment letters within a reasonable amount of time to let patients rebook if unavailable
• Check the staff rota each month to see that we have patients booked in for their particular clinics
• Answer and process emails from professionals referring patients and deal with emails from patients
• Greet patients coming to appointments and showing them where to wait or redirecting if they are for another department
