Machine Operative - Hanson Materials through Interaction Recruitment

- Operating a Fawema machine where i manually loaded 20kg cement bags before filling them up with a variety of different cement mixes ranging from 40 Newton to Fast set mixes on a automatic cycle where the machine filled each bag with the cement mix before feeding it down the conveyor belt, whilst the machine was in the automatic cycle i would stand at the end of the Fawema machine manually feeding the bags through a sealing machine that would then be sent up via conveyor belts to the palletiser m
- Operating a Concetti machine where I would load a reel of approximately 2000 cement bags into the machine, before the automatic process would then cut the bag lengths, fill the bags with right cement mix, automatically seal the bag before sending the completed item up to the palletiser to be automatically stacked and placed onto a pallet ready for the distribution process.
- Operating a Lachenmier machine which is an automatic bagging machine for completed pallets, this is an automatic machine as it is connected to both the Fawema and Concetti machine.
- On each machine if a fault or error message came up on screen I would have to investigate the cause and fix it accordingly where possible for example changing Teflon's or air hose nozzles, or contact the fitters team if I was unable to fix the issue myself for example electrical issues.
- Use of a automatic pallet truck to swap over boxes of bags/reels or empty waste cement bins.
