Having now completed my high school education and with plans to begin college in September to study Beauty Therapy, I am in a position to take on a part-time role alongside my studies. Throughout the summer, I am able to offer a high degree of flexibility regarding working hours. From September onwards, I will be available to work evenings and weekends, and potentially additional weekday hours depending on my college timetable.

Nursery Nurse Assistant at Melton Day Nursery (2025-06 – 2025-06)

I worked at Melton Day Care as part of an educational work experience project. This involved shadowing key staff members, following strict safeguarding policies and procedures, maintaining health and safety of children and staff. I also assisted in monitoring and supporting children during mealtimes, helping to prepare food, feed children and set a good example to the children with table manners.

The whole experience was invaluable in giving me an insight to working life as well as working as part of a close team.
