I am an experienced manager in both retail and office setting. I have a strong background in HR, admin, people management, and in sales. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and have great communication and intrapersonal skills.

I am skilled in writing and editing, and I hold a Masters and Undergraduate degree in English and Sociology. I am a critical thinker and writer and have great organisational skills.

I have experience in both the retail and office setting. I am an experienced manager with 5 years experience of a team of up to 50 people. I have most recently worked at Infosys BPM, supporting the client Microsoft with their sales and processes.

I have great leadership and communication skills, and through this experience I have developed skills in Microsoft applications and furthered my skills in people management and organisation. I have great verbal and written communication and have years of retail training with this, and I am skilled in communication, quick thinking, and problem solving. I have good editorial communication, through Microsoft applications, Excel, email, and teams calls.

I hold a Masters degree in English and also an undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from Maynooth University. I have developed great written skills, critical thinking, analysis, creative thinking and editing through this experience.
