I moved from Chester after the Covid 19 pandemic due to my father passing taking time from work and then joined the peacock. Where I learned everything that I know now when it comes to bartending and front of house. During my time here I also pasted and completed my food and beverage level 2 and completed my apprenticeship in cellar management.
