Criminology graduate with strong research and analytical skills with a focus on empathising with individuals, social issues and decision-making in real-world contexts.
My passion follows two simple philosophies: helping people and constantly developing my own capabilities to do so effectively. I find work, that aligns with this, to be fulfilling and I'm motivated to apply these skills in roles that make a meaningful impact to someone's life.

University of Birmingham - Criminology Graduate
Criminology explores how crime is defined, why it happens and how society respond to it. I chose to study this because I wanted to best understand vulnerable individuals, underlying issues that could influence criminality and the system in place that is supposed to maintain safety and justice for vulnerable individuals.
My academic work consisted of extensive essay-based assessments including my 11,000 word dissertation on Incel Culture. I developed skills in independent research, critical analysis (particularly with complex social issues) and evidence-based writing.
Studying criminology has strengthened my ability to test my own perspective and be cautious with how I carry my perspective out through extensive research, collaboration and extensive analysis. Every individual and every situation related to them, deserves fair and meticulous research to best understand and support criminals and victims
