I am a reliable and enthusiastic candidate looking to gain a financial or administrative position.
Over the past three years I have been working as a customer team member for the COOP where I gained valuable work experience over the course of the pandemic, during that time I was trained at the kiosk where I engaged in basic administrative tasks such as answering queries over the phone efficiently or monitoring the shop through the use of CCTV software which earned me the employee of the month award and I always seen as the “go to” person among customers if they had any issues using the self-service tills where I solved problems efficiently.
However, my long term ambition is to develop in the accountancy sector as I am qualified in 2 AAT qualifications where I gained relevant skills using Microsoft Excel and SAGE including the most up-to-date accounting practices. I am currently on the last stage of AAT Level 4 and looking to move on to further qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA.
