Act fast to catch up the business like opened monobrand store for tourist, monitored close out channel and e-commerce needs the organization changing from wholesale to retail driven. Marketplace Management: Set product tiering channel and allocation, pre-heat launch strategy (mix with marketing, PR support & retail event) to support product heat from the market.
Key Account Handling: Took lead to communicate and negotiate with key accounts to work out a win-win situation for both brands and retailers which can further developed business scale through expanding different channels with key accounts like franchise, outlet & e-commerce.
Product Line Planning: Create product line planning to fulfill market function, category, pricing and key account specific needs together with matching global product direction.
Forecasting, Demand Planning & Budgeting: Accurate forecasting and demand planning of both sales numbers and quantity to fulfill market needs and contingency plans for over/under buy solutions.
