During my time working at the Everton stadium , I massively increased my confidence and communication skills. My role was to greet customers, ensure high standard of service and serve hot and cold beverages in a correct manor. During busy periods I managed to work effectively to ensure all customers are satisfied whilst still operating and ensuring accuracy at all times
