I am an enthusiastic, hard worker who is keen to learn new skills and undertake any new training. I am reliable, punctual, take great pride in my work and I can work as part of a team or alone. Production Operative at Wienerberger (2020-09 – 2020-12)

As a production operative my role involved working as part of a team to operate machinery that makes clay roof tiles, the tiles were dried, fired and packed ready to be delivered. Other duties involved cleaning the factory and underneath the machinery that produced the tiles. I worked 9 and a half hours a day, 5 days a week.

• Worked quickly and accurately ensuring that I minimised any wastage of material
• The work involved operating machinery and handheld tools to ensure that the tiles were cut to high quality standard as expected by the company's customers
• Ensured the work environment was safe for me and others and received company training in health and safety and safe use of machinery
• Worked within a small but integral team and assisted other work colleagues in their roles
• Cleaned the machinery making sure there were no left over pieces of tile to maintain a clean work area and eliminate damage to machinery

Care Assistant at JME Care Ltd (2019-01 – 2019-04)

Whilst working as a care assistant I cared for people who could not look after themselves, including the elderly and people with disabilities. It is here where I put the skills I learnt in my Health and Social Care studies in college to use. I was responsible for up-keeping the clients hygiene, ensuring their safety and facilitating social-emotional support.

• Assisting clients with care tasks, for example: washing, dressing, eating and toileting
• Performing housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bedding
• Assisting in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
• Observing and monitoring clients physical and emotional well being, promptly reporting any changes to senior members of staff
