Molton Brown - Bluewater
November 2021 - January 2022. Seasonal part time contract.
My role at Molton Brown was customer facing on the shop floor and also to assist with deliveries and stock. My customer facing requirements were to take payments, money handling, assist customers with product knowledge and help them discover new products based on the information they gave me and relating this to my personal experiences to help them chose the right product for their needs. I also assisted with deliveries, re-organising stock in the stock room and filling shelves when required.
October 2021 - September 2022. (I had to leave due to a clash of college days).
I volunteered to work for Second Chance Animal Rescue - Registered charity 1160126. My allocated day was Friday only 9.00am to 4.00pm
Based in Crockenhill, Kent I worked with all rescued animals but mainly with the exotic breads we res-cued and were trying to find new homes for.
My role was to follow cleaning and feeding routines, repair enclosures, create innovative and stimulating environments and activities, observe and record behaviour and report any issues.
I worked in a small team environment to ensure all of the animals were cared for and were in perfect health. I attended regular meetings to help plan routines, layout of enclosures and coordinate future rescues.
