Whilst working for Ryedale Paving I was responsible for preparing the site, loading, unloading and storing building materials, digging shallow pathways in preparation for block paving. As part of my role I operated and used different power tools and machinery. I worked as part of a team with different sub-contractors to complete certain tasks. It was important to adhere to health and safety procedures whilst working on site.

whiles I have been working at this company I was made to do various different roles such as taking deliveries, taking engines apart cleaning and scraping gasket faces off aqua blasting engines blocks, engines heads, cam cover, pistons heads once car was complete it would then get sent to me to do the valeting side of the roles which meant I had to hoover carpets and clean down dash board with the right cleaning product and then get the glass cleaner and go around cleaning all of the glass on the vehicle
