I have 4 years experience working in the hospitality sector. I have past experience working as a supervisor and team leader/bar staff. i have learnt many skills including hiring people, writing the rota for the staff, stock take, new menu selection, serving food/drinks, payroll etc. I have overseen ordering the stock and the food for the kitchen.
