Lewys Prince

From a young age, I’ve always been fascinated with how money and economies work. As everyone else was watching different television shows growing up, I was more interested in learning about various economic crashes and how financial institutions work around the world. I was so invested in international markets, I decided to start travelling at a young age to see firsthand how different markets work.

After taking a different route in life deciding to travel to over 35 countries around the world instead of taking the normal university route, I'm now confident in what I'd like to do in life and wish to find an entry-level job to start my career in finance.

• Working mainly within conference and banqueting but also in all other hotel departments.
• Furthered my customer care skills by looking after guests staying in the hotel.

Oct 2020 — Mar 2022 Team Supervisor, UK Health and Security Agency Peterborough, UK

• Working directly with managers to support the UK’s effort of supplying free covid testing. As well as assisting managers with site audits, making sure all audits are completed and highlighting any potential failures.
• Providing a safe working place for staff, ensuring all Infection Prevention Control measures are implemented.
• Temperate and stock control of all test kit components as well as assembling PCR test kits.

• Dealing with customers who are stressed and anxious by communicating the process to them directly to ensure they receive the right results.
