I am 19 years old and a very hard working, dedicated to work individual. I am always willing to give everything my best shot and I'm excellent in working not only with a team of individuals, but independently too. I am flexible with my working hours to focus on achieving more experience for the future.

I love new experiences and entering new environments and tend to learn and develop new skills in just short amounts of time meaning I work well in fast-paced environments and handle pressure well in busy environments where your own initiative is necessary. I view myself as enthusiastic and always up for a challenge or opportunity which is given or provided to me to help with my personal development whilst gaining a bigger confidence and experience for my future self and workplace. I see myself as caring, confident, motivated and approachable for any job which best suits me as an individual.

I am a reliable and trustworthy individual who loves to take pride in completing tasks in a workplace to a high standard and ensuring I am organised which allows me to be able to work effectively independently or well in a team when necessary. I can be trusted with responsibility's, following any tasks and completing them within a work place, even when I am under pressure.

Barista - Naze tower - The Naze tower, England

I worked with this company whilst I was 15 years old as a barista making and serving customers coffee/other hot and cold drinks with cakes and ice-creams using outstanding customer service to provide the highest quality service to the customers for a great satisfaction from the customers. This told also included me cash handling whilst taking food&drink orders and ensuring all stock was full throughout the working day. Unfortunately I had to make the decision to leave this job as It was seasonal for the summer due to that being their prime months of work.

Café assistant - Café assistant

(2022-08 - 2022-09)

I worked here when I was 14 years old, around 3-4 days a week as a pot-wash and taking orders and waitressing to their tables whilst also delivering good customer service to the individuals in the café to begin earning my own money during my summer holidays in my secondary school years. This job was to gain and grow my experience in working to help with my development in my skills such as confidence, self esteem and customer service. I left this job due to the summer ending and I began my school life again from September.

Pot-washer - Kirby Café

Kirby Café was an excellent place for me to grow my skills as it was a fast-paced environment with lots of work to complete and keep up on such as me being a pot-washer and taking customers orders from a till face-face or over the phone if they had placed an online order. I worked most afternoons/evenings to gain my experience in a working environment. This was my summer job whilst I was in secondary school, but unfortunately left due to the business owner switching and shutting down his previous business.

Barista - Clacton pavilion

Clacton pavilion helped to gain more effective experience to my working life as I was able to gain a greater understanding of excellent communication skills and customer service skills in a fast-paced busy working place. This was working not only as a team, but independently in separate areas for my own personal growth to ensure I gain insight on the importance of not only dealing and handling with money and tills, but with food and health and safety to assure any customers are safe and considered at all times. I worked serving customers with their orders and delivering a high standard quality food and drink so they are left feeling satisfied.

I also ensured there was a full stock day to day to avoid any out of stock products which are advertised.

Barista - The Naze

The Naze assisted me in gaining greater confidence in thriving in fast-paced environments with hands on experience as I improved my technique with dealing with customers to ensure a welcomed environment was available for all customers entering the Naze as I performed with a friendly and professional manner. My job role was to ensure that high-quality customer service standards were met by serving customer's, taking orders and delivering their coffee/cakes at a high standard. I used till and cash handling which gained my experience effectively.

This is a seasonal job as has been my 2nd experience as I had this job previously.

Sales assistant - Beauty outlet

Beauty outlet was an excellent experience in retail where I gained more experience with customer service as I was a sales assistant meaning I handled customer issues and services all day assisting them with their needs such as being on the shop floor helping them with products, handling all transactions on the till and ensuring the shop floor was all stocked up and kept neat and tidy throughout the day to keep it at a high standard and quality. the organisation of the store was vital to keep customers welcomed. I gained the skill of problem solving if there was ever an issue, I could handle it effectively without any problems and worked in a team to ensure no problems occurred on the shop floor or at the tills. I worked in a fast-paced environment as the shop had busy times, especially during half terms where important skills like communication, problem solving, customer service and teamwork were required throughout the whole day.

I had to ensure customer satisfaction was always high to hit our sale targets. At the end on my shift, I had cleaning tasks assigned to me which included hoovering, mopping, polishing and general tidy in the store. This had to be completed after every shi
