Hi, I am a Lancaster University Psychology undergraduate student who is interested in making the world a better place for support users. My aim in life is to be happily available for people who need help :).
I have had experience in taking care of children in groups of three during small events such as the Eid part on campus, this includes feeding them and keeping them safe while they are away from their parents.
I have had experience in creating events for the Abu Bakr mosque - this includes taking care of catering and seating arrangements while also controlling the crowd.
I have had experience setting up Unicef charity events in university, in which i have set up stalls - for which I won the best volunteer award from Unicef themselves.
I am now in my third year (final) of my Psychology BSc degree (BPS accredited) in which we learn about Alzheimer’s and other health disorders that come with age. This makes me want to provide support for these people since I know what they are going through can be tiring, therefore while providing them with support I’d also like to make their time in care more enjoyable.
