• Updated the Brexit Risk Portfolio for Investment Director on Excel using Tenant’s annual reports
• Came up with an investment proposal and price for a property on Excel using formulas and property information and then presented proposal to Investment Director
• Sent to Glasgow to investigate failing Tenant in a property, then had to present my ideas on potential new uses for property to Directors in Board Room
• July 2019 Intern at Brewin Dolphin Wealth Management, Edinburgh
• Presented about the future of the auto industry to a group from the office including directors and suggested a company they should consider investing in
• Sat at desk with a Director and Investment manager and learned about the systems and processes required on a day to day basis and how to deal with clients
• Learnt about portfolio and estate management as well as property investment from a portfolio manager
