I consider myself hard working, willing to learn, punctual, not afraid of getting the job done when time demands it. I have general hand tool knowledge, production line experience in a fast paced environment, average IT skills due to owning and building my own PC, Forklift truck experience (CB, REACH and FLEXI) LWB van experience, I have had some overhead crane training in the past also. I can work from technical drawings, can work part of a team or individually on my own once I am confident in my role.

General operative at Senior Aerospace BWT (2023 to 2026)

Building lightweight aircraft parts by hand with hand tools, bonds, resins and other types of fixings. Working from complicated detailed drawings on a production line. Working as part of a team when required.

Returns Admin/QC and Stores Operative at Vida Living (2022 – 2022)

Organise and process RMA documents to coincide with the returns in the warehouse. Process and take pictures of returned furniture and then upload to Netsuite to credit or refuse said items. I covered QC as and when needed.

Customer care, sending out parts to home addresses. Allocate stock for delivery using Netsuite and Microsoft Office. Stocktaking. Keeping the returns aisle tidy and palletising all returns keeping with the same type of item on each pallet.

Liaising with the office staff over the phone for all enquiries and anything to do with customer care. General housekeeping, skipping all waste and recycling. Dealing with customers at the back door for collection and drop offs.

Unload containers by hand as part of a team and palletise each box keeping all matching items together. Loading box trucks for delivery around the UK. Picking and packing.
