I am a confident, outgoing, independent young woman. I have had a passion for horses and horse related activities since I was in primary school. I enjoy working with people, children and animals and my long-term ambition is to work in a job that combines all these things together. I am currently looking for part time seasonal work to help fund my college activities and to save some money for my driving lessons.
Retail Assistant at Southwold Pier (2026-04 – Present)
I currently work at Southwold Pier serving ice creams and working in the souvenir shop. This involves dealing with customers, restocking and taking payments.
Equine Assistant at Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) (2023-07 – Present)
At The RDA, I assist in the delivery of sessions for disabled participants. This includes communicating and assisting the participants in their riding and education with horses. I also complete yard duties including mucking out, changing rugs, tacking up and turning out.
Waitress and Kitchen Assistant at The Rumburgh Buck (2023-07 – 2025-09)
At the pub, I interacted with customers, prepared food, washed up and served. This experience has helped my communication, understanding of food hygiene and customer service. Working with people has improved my confidence and earning my own money has made me more independent. I left working at The Buck due to starting College and living in halls of residence.
Activity Leader at Earthwake CIC (2023-12 – Present)
At Earthwake, I help run outdoor learning activities with children under the age of 11. This is part of a holiday club. I enjoy working with young children, I like the responsibility of helping them and making sure that they have a good time at the club.
Campsite Assistant at Green Haven Camping (2022-05 – Present)
I help with the running of our family campsite. I meet customers and show them to pitches, help with changing stock in the shop and sometimes mow the site on the ride on mower. I have grown up with the campsite, and this has made me confident with talking to customers who are both old and young.
