My role as a staff member at Mr Nitros consisted of making sure the store was cleaned to the highest of standards. I also ensured that my day to day task was completed to the highest standards possible which included keeping the store up and running perfectly.

Within this role I had to ensure that my day to day tasks were always completed to the highest level possible. In some situations I had to use initiative in order to get past possible obstacles, for example there was a time where there wasn't a manager immediately to hand and a customer had a complaint about their food.
I dealt with the situation by asking them what was wrong with the food and reporting back to the chef, in which a replacement meal was made and the customer was satisfied.
