As Founder and Principal Advisor of The Fusebox, I have spent more than two decades partnering with Boards, CEOs, and executive teams across the global technology sector to navigate commercial growth, organisational transformation, and leadership accountability. My career began in sales and marketing strategy for enterprise technology providers and has evolved into a specialist advisory practice focused on how organisations adapt commercially, culturally, and ethically, during periods of significant change.
I have led large-scale sales transformation programmes, integrated multi-country operations following acquisition, and developed scalable service and SaaS-based solutions that strengthen performance and support long-term commercial resilience. My work frequently involves reshaping go-to-market models, improving decision-making under pressure, and enabling senior leaders to align behaviour, culture, and strategy for sustainable growth.
In recent years my focus has expanded to the governance and ethical implications of AI. I support Boards and executive teams in understanding how AI alters decision-making, risk exposure, organisational trust, and leadership accountability. Drawing on behavioural science and practical transformation experience, I help organisations design and apply proportionate oversight frameworks, build capability, and adopt technology responsibly, ensuring strategic clarity and cultural integrity are maintained amid rapid digital evolution.
I am the Founder and Principal Advisor of The Fusebox, a consultancy established in 1998 that advises Boards, CEOs, and executive teams across global technology organisations, private-equity backed businesses, and the UK mid-market. For over 25 years, I have specialised in commercial transformation, leadership behaviour, and organisational performance, supporting companies through periods of significant cultural, strategic, and market change.
My work includes leading large-scale sales and organisational transformation programmes, integrating multi-country operations post-acquisition, repositioning businesses for investment, and developing scalable service and SaaS-based solutions. I have a long track record of helping executive teams strengthen accountability, reshape go-to-market strategies, and build resilient, customer-driven growth models.
I bring a distinctive blend of behavioural science and commercial strategy, underpinned by emerging expertise in AI governance and ethics. I am the creator of two proprietary frameworks—BUYERnomics™, focused on ethical, commercial decision-making under pressure, and The HUMaiN Edge™, an AI governance framework designed to support proportionate oversight in AI adoption.
Across my career, I have been trusted by leadership teams to enhance decision quality, embed cultural integrity, and maintain strategic clarity during digital transformation. I offer Boards a balanced, practical perspective on technology, organisational behaviour, and risk management.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology & Neuroscience from King’s College London, where my research focused on fairness in AI, decision-making, and the impact of technology on organisational trust and accountability. Earlier in my career, I studied Research & Advertising at New York University, building a strong foundation in communication, behavioural insight, and market dynamics. I began my academic journey at Carleton College, earning a Bachelor of Arts that established the multidisciplinary grounding that now underpins my work at the intersection of leadership, behaviour, and responsible technology.
