Enthusiastic, experienced bartender/ mixologist with a Personal Licence and many years of experience in bars across Edinburgh. Looking for part-time/ potential full-time bar work in the city.
Every summer I have worked for and managed the exclusive members bar for both Underbelly & Assembly. Serving cocktails, training staff and ensuring members were satisfied and looked after. Another part of my role was communicating with other departments to run and organise events, from baby group to private, elaborate functions.
I also have worked at a speakeasy cocktail bar called Encore in Edinburgh—making signature cocktails in a busy work environment.
