I have just finished my three-year degree course in performing arts and dance with a predicted grade of a 2:1. I have excellent communication skills, am friendly, polite, and exceptionally reliable and I would like the opportunity to work in a role that will further enhance my customer service skills. I am very independent,
but also enjoy working as part of a team and am happy to take the lead when required. The time I have spent being a member of the Dorothy Perkins/Burtons team has been extremely beneficial, enabling me to build upon my strong team skills including leadership and adaptability. Having worked within the hospitality industry for the last 4 years I have gained excellent communication and customer service skills along with high organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks well, with excellent problem-solving skills to thrive in fast-paced environment.
I am highly motivated and willing to learn new skills which are key in different situations and for my personal development. My dedication to being my best is a key attribute that I believe makes me stand out from other employees. I am keen to develop skills I already have and acquire new skills I believe I can achieve in a role working with the public.
I have 4 years of hospitality experience working as waitress, bartender and a host. These roles would require running food a drink, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, making cocktails, coffees, milkshakes, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks And creating seating charts to ensure busy evenings would run smoothly.
I have recently completed my degree at performers college in musical theatre. I also have 8 GCSE’s including Maths and English. as well as this I have a level 3 BTEC in performing arts.
