Currently a train conductor for South Eastern Railway.
- Seeing the train away from the platform safely by completing all safety checks and working as a team either with the driver or platform staff.
- Checking and selling tickets.
- Answering any customer queries.
- Stay up to date with safety procedures and PTS (personal track safety)
- Staying up to date with all relevant routes and traction's that I am singed
Manager / Senior Body Piercer - The bellybar canterbury - Canterbury
(2015-07 - 2025-10)
Role as a manager and senior piercer.
- Reception / admin duties: Booking and amending appointments, answering messages, emails and taking phone calls, serving any customers in the shop and creating a welcoming environment.
- Confident in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PPT), Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Fortnightly stock check - including ordering, managing stock level and filing invoices.
- Managing 10+ members of staff.
- Cash handling, including the daily cash up and banking at the end of each week.
- Conducting 3 month and 6 month performance reviews.
- Responsible for the monthly and weekly rota for 10+ members of staff.
- Training new members of staff in shop procedures, body piercing, health and safety, human anatomy, safety procedures and more.
- Cleaning of the piercing studios ensuring they are kept up to standard.
- Making sure the shop floor presentable, ensuring the jewellery cabinets are topped up and presentable and overseeing new jewellery is displays.
