• Helping customers set up bank feeds, and troubleshooting any issues with their bank feeds
• Working as part of a team with the other banking specialists and specialists in other departments 
• Using problem-solving skills to understand and solve complex customer issues surrounding their bank feeds
• Chosen to upskill into a number of different queues, expanding my knowledge and being able to support more customers 
• Owning customer outcomes from start to finish and going the extra mile to always provide a great customer experience

• Studied the foundations of accounting and finance including Audit, Taxation, Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance.
• Researched and wrote a dissertation on how the 2008 Financial Crisis affected corporate debt structure.
