- I have undertaken the project to re build number of laptops via the SCCM client & the ghost imaging system with the view to investigate issues with slow performance devices & or applications that display errors.
- I have run pre created scripts in power shell to set commands for users applications to run specific tasks
- Via the Azure admin console I would deploy the ms authenticator security access as a layered form for application access.
- I deal with external companies to provide information on firmware updates in support of bespoke legal applications.

- On occasion I would be asked to train home users how to create conference meetings with the Ms Teams application.
- Taking calls to support home users on incidents i.e. Citrix session hanging, password, reset requests, bespoke application failure, Pst files move or copy plus others.
- I had to download Ms suite 2016 as part of the configuration alongside Ms Yammer for the purpose of internal department communication structure.
- Outlook access issue requests were logged I had to both delete & add user profile for a general repair.

- I provide full I.T support to 1000 users across 15 sites in the UK, HQ is based in London with remote Citrix support for satellite offices.
- Users remote onto the company domain via Cisco VPN or Citrix virtual services of which I support in relation to connection errors. i.e licence of access point issues.
- I Create/delete & edit user accounts vis Azure AD also I connect via RDP on to Server 2016 to access network resources.
- This is a windows 10 environment one of my projects is to build & role this out to all laptops then asset these devices to be deployed.

- I provided direct I.T support to the company Partners the CEO, all internal staff & external associated clients & VIP corporate affiliates eg providing advice on in house legal applications, how to operate digital dictation software (BigHand) & help with any networking printer issues & or general advise on the service I provide or work related issues they are experiencing.
- I was part of the project team tasked with a windows 10 rollout project to all users currently running windows 7
- My duties were to trouble shoot any errors or non-responsive legal applications such as peppermint, big hand recording, DM5
- I manage which has been placed as an addin within outlook.
- I also prepared the conference rooms for legal partner presentations setting up the projector laptop & slides & lapel mic, lectern mic, including handheld audio devices.
- I would also build laptops via a pre build network setup for new starters & wiped & rebuild all leaver equipment.
- I worked alongside the other teams that were based in satellite offices based around the uk i.e Cardiff, Reading & Manchester Sharing information, attending skype online meetings discussing any issues on progress reports or technical issues.

- I provide both 1/2nd line support to users in a windows 7-10 & Office 365 environment.
- Requests & Incidents are logged update & responded to by me via the Service Now call login data base.
- I rebuild users laptops to the latest specification pushed out by the SCCM client.
- Iam also hardware Lenovo qualified to open there ThinkPad & Yoga range to change components i.e memory, mother boards, SSD cards etc.
- I investigate windows issues mostly on windows 10 e.g slow performance, crashing applications, data backup & user data transference, this process requires a data locker usb due to security confidentiality.
- I also provide remote access via Skype for business support to users that work from home & in satellite offices for issues such as password reset ( via AD) or dropped VPN connections & bespoke application issues.
- I have been trained in Skype for business & offer users both technical & informational support with training on how to setup a conference meeting & use the integrated Skype phone.
