I am a proactive and experienced Programme Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in high pressure situations. As a self-motivated individual I work to strict deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects, using my excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation. I have considerable experience in the role of a Programme Manager working on a complex multi-stakeholder programmes. In my current role i am responsible for a wide and diverse range of programmes and projects and contributed to a significant change and improvement within the organisation. The project examples that i have worked on include projects such as CRM redevelopment and rollout within the organisations and to the delivery partners
