- Assist the Physiotherapy manager with on-going daily management of the Physiotherapy department
- Oversee the environment and resourcing Physiotherapy, aquatic therapy and rebound therapy environments
- Co-ordinate and deliver appropriate training across college staff within own sphere of competence
- Assist Physiotherapy manager and head of learning programmes to manage the Physiotherapy budget
- Provide mentoring support and induction guidance to physiotherapy assistants

- Work in accordance with college policies and procedures in relation to health and safety, confidentiality, infection control, safeguarding and data protection
- Deployment of staff to ensure continued clinical treatment plans are meet on a daily basis
- Discuss clinical treatment plans are appropriate and up to date
- Deliver 1:1 physiotherapy, aquatic therapy and rebound therapy programs
- Undertake other duties from time to time to be determined by Physiotherapy manager
