I am passionate about delivering the best possible customer service that I can. I am an intuitively gifted individual and use it to my full advantage. I enjoy bringing positivity and encouragement to the work place, and sharing that positivity with customers. Whether I'm building a rapor through banter or advising them on choices or questions they may have. I'm a natural leader and have a keen sense/eye for details, allowing me to excel in tasks such as visual merchandising.

I have worked in Hospitality starting as a waiter and bar man, I have also worked back of house as a kitchen porter before finding my footing in bar and restaurant management. I have also worked in retail starting out as a Trolley boy and working my way into stores and in different sectors from Supermarkets to High-End fashion stores, working my way up to Management and have found myself happiest in a clothing store environment as I am able to shine and use my experience and fashion knowledge to my advantage.

I have qualifications in design and media, this has helped me in identifying areas of stores I have worked in that could be improved and where opportunities are being missed. It has also taught me a lot about the advertising world. That paired with life experience has aided me on my career journey.
