Daily screening of security guards contacting clients who are applying for jobs for various events, Sending reference requests out to previous/current employers. To get confirmation of their employment details. Corresponding with applicants to obtain information if there is a gap in their work history, We also check the documentation which has been supplied by the applicant i.e. address, passport, driving license, name of deed and visa if applicable.
Responding to emails/faxes. Contacting their personal references. I deal with Pre files and also Post files to be able to see a file through from start and finish and keeping the applicant well informed, also the applicant assisting to get references back with a quick response so that payroll numbers can be issued.
Printing SIA licenses off to be able to complete their screening. Obtaining email addresses for employment references via the telephone and sending documents out in the post.
