With 10 years of coaching, instructing, and mentoring across different disciplines, I have developed strong interpersonal skills with people from different backgrounds and demographics. Martial arts Instructor (assistant, Instructor, and Cover) – KB Martial Arts Community – 2014 – Present

Job role

• Instructing classes with up to 100 students within different age ranges and abilities.
• Demonstrations at local schools to grow business and sales.
• Assessing instructor’s lessons and creating achievable goals to improve and grow their business.
• Implementing feedback from clients to further develop the business. An example of this is setting up our online learning platform with content for students.
• Delivering online classes via Zoom or Microsoft teams.

Job role

• Monitoring client progress on developing progression paths for them to improve their skill.
• Ensuring the safety of any customers, animals, volunteers, and staff on the yard.
• Engaging with clients in a professional and consultative manner while also building rapport and relationships for repeat business.

• Weekend-based role running fitness and exercise events for corporations and groups.
• Developed organisational tools to allow for a smooth running of the facility. Preventing double bookings and also ensuring that clients’ payments had been processed
• Providing Gym instructor duties including, creating an exercise program for customers, as well as advising nutritional and lifestyle changes.

• Adhering to strict confidentiality while performing admin tasks for the college.
• Providing support and motivation for disabled individuals aged 16 and over.
• Assisting the on-site counsellor in group sessions for the students.
• Working closely with the Safeguarding team to ensure the student’s wellbeing.
