My position included the provision of excellent customer service and working front of house directly with customers. Assisting the kitchen team and working with the catering division in the day to day running of the main cafe or working independently within the three other on-site food and beverage outlets. Through my role, I learnt valuable transferable skills such as time management, being able to work as a team in stressful situations, as well as gain customer service skills
Pharmaceutical Counter Assistant - Pyramid Pharmacy

My position included providing excellent customer service on the pharmacy counter, assisting patients with enquiries, recommending suitable over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, and referring more complex concerns to the pharmacist. I supported the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including handling prescriptions, operating the till, managing stock levels, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Through my role, I developed valuable transferable skills including customer care and communication, product and safety knowledge, and accurate prescription handling.
I also gained experience in inventory management as well as strengthening my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
