Currently completing an MSc in Children and Young People's Nursing, due to qualify in December. Experienced in providing person-centred support and working collaboratively with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams. Calm and empathetic in challenging situations, with strong communication and family-support skills. Able to recognise subtle changes in a patient's condition, respond appropriately to changing needs and accurately calculate medication dosages.
