Compassionate and adaptable healthcare professional with 15 years' experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, alongside current postgraduate training in Children and Young People's Nursing. Currently completing an MSc in Children and Young People's Nursing, due to qualify in December. Calm and empathetic in challenging situations, with strong communication and family-support skills. Able to recognise subtle changes in a patient's condition, respond appropriately to changing needs and accurately calculate medication dosages.
