I have built my career across logistics, customer service, sales and recruitment, and I’m now aiming to move into a long-term role within the rail industry or civil service. Working full time as a postman has strengthened my organisation, reliability and ability to perform under pressure. I manage high workloads, follow strict processes and provide consistent, professional service to customers every day.

My earlier experience in sales and recruitment helped me develop strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and confidence working with the public. I take pride in being dependable, safety-conscious and committed to delivering high standards. I’m now ready to apply my work ethic and people skills to a structured, stable career where I can progress, develop new skills and make a positive contribution.

I completed my secondary education in the UK and hold standard GCSE-level qualifications. Although I don’t currently have formal vocational or higher-level qualifications, I have built strong practical, customer-facing and operational skills through my career. I’m now committed to developing myself further and I’m open to undertaking industry training or professional courses, particularly within the rail sector or civil service.
