I bring four years of experience as a council member, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills through working closely with members of the public, council officers, and external partners. In this role, I received and managed a wide range of complaints and queries over the phone, email, and in person, often involving sensitive issues that required professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution skills. I am confident in building positive relationships, working both independently and as part of a team, and handling difficult situations calmly under pressure.
