- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures to identify underlying causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions, driving long-term reliability improvements and minimizing recurrence.
- Perform Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA) to prioritize assets based on business impact and risk, and develop Equipment Reliability Strategies (ERS) by defining optimal maintenance approaches including preventive, predictive, inspection, and condition-based maintenance.
- Lead Bad Actor Management initiatives by identifying chronic equipment issues and recurring failure patterns, implementing targeted reliability improvement plans to reduce downtime, enhance equipment availability, and improve overall operational performance.
- Analyze reliability data, failure trends, and maintenance records to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and asset lifecycle optimization.
