HR Director at Palms Medical Group (2024-06 – Present)
Responsible for overseeing Palms Medical Group's (PMG) human resource department including the development and implementation of human resources programs to support the needs of PMG. Lead provider recruitment for all 13 locations in North Central Florida.
- Research, design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies for staffing, benefits, employee relations, and training.
