I've been a hairdresser for over 27 years and in between working in salons, I tried retail work for the experience. I left to start a family and with thanks to family and friends, I have always kept in with hairdressing. I am eager to learn new things I am a hard worker. I work well as part as a team or on my own. I work well with children and adults alike.

• Left to start family. I have always kept hands in hairdressing thanks to family and friends but now my children have grown and have more time and would like a change of career.

• After covid lockdown I wanted to try something new, and I was given the opportunity to volunteer at the play group by Vicky Newbery.

I worked at Superdrug Consett temporarily to cover sickness. I wanted to get back into working life and gain further experience in retail.
