I am a HR and Learning and Development Manager seeking a position in the field of HR or Learning and Development, where I can apply my knowledge and skills. I have over fifteen years experience in successfully building and developing teams of professionals for a number of global brands.
I have worked over 4 years in my current role as HR and Learning and Development Manager, where I am responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and continuous training of all of our Recruitment Consultants. Prior to this I was working as a Recruitment and Training Manager at Heathrow Airport for over six years, where I had to manage and retain the headcount of over 150 employees. This included managing the whole recruitment process from advertising, to screening to onboarding, along with designing and Implementing all the induction and refresher training, Conducting performance reviews, managing the Heathrow Boutique sales team, and working with the skills and education team at Heathrow to design and implement tours for schools to learn about the career pathways offered at the airport.
Level 5 CIPD, Train the trainer, Btec National Diploma in Media Studies, Advanced GNVQ in Art and Design.
