At Hollister I proactively initiated customer interactions to offer styling advice, highlight promotional items, and assist with online order queries, moving between the shop floor, tills and fitting rooms as needed. Managing fitting room logistics required strong organisational skills and the ability to read what each customer required. I also acted as a personal shopper, helping customers build wardrobes based on their individual style and preferences.
