A recently qualified BTEC L3 Ext Diploma Sport & Ex Science individual looking to take my first step into employment. I consider myself to be a highly motivated individual, who is both presentable in appearance and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. Educated at Priestley College, my singular focus was to attain good academic qualifications along with enjoying the sporting and social scene of college life.
I believe and hope that the above demonstrates not only a personal ambition, but also a dedication to achieve success in a team sport where enthusiasm, commitment and communication skills are required to achieve success. Having achieved my excellent educational qualifications now is the time for me to embark on my employment career where I hope to transfer the life skills that I have learned and showed in my educational career.
Sports Technician at Priestley College (2024-12 – 2025-07)
During my time as a sports technician at Priestley College, I developed a solid foundation in athletic equipment maintenance, facility management and team support. I worked with closely with teachers to ensure that the practicals they wanted was set up safe and efficient for the students. This role has sharpened to manage time-sensitive tasks, working with people at a younger age learning how to speak to them and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
These are all skills I am eager to bring into my next professional opportunity.
I am also currently working weekends at stapletons tyres as a warehouse operative.
