As a recently qualified language teacher, currently working as a supply teacher in a primary school, I bring a wealth of diverse experiences to the classroom. My previous role teaching English in Austria fueled my passion for motivating and inspiring foreign children to learn English. With a degree in film and experience in game testing for PlayStation, I am versatile in multiple skills including editing, camera work, and QA testing.
Additionally, I run my own gaming-related podcast and blog, further showcasing my commitment to engaging with varied audiences and sharing my enthusiasm for travel, learning, and cultural exchange.
Starting in February, I worked for three months as an English language teacher in Austria, teaching students the foundations and fluency of the English language. In June, I joined a primary school as a supply teacher, covering various subjects across multiple year groups. Previously, my passion for film led me to work as an assistant on the set of a war film, aligning with my film degree.
Additionally, my enthusiasm for video games provided me the opportunity to QA test at Sony PlayStation on several occasions.
I studied at the University of Queen Mary’s in London, focusing on both the practical and philosophical aspects of filmmaking. My coursework covered modern filmmaking practices and the theory of historical filmmaking. Prior to this, I attended the Billericay School in Essex, where I studied English, Media, History, and Drama.
